The costco door 💯 (or Sam’s Club) would you get this?

05/22/2026

You can get the cheapest contractor.
You can get the fastest contractor.
You can get the best quality contractor.

But most of the time… you only get to pick two. 👀

💰 Cheap + Fast = usually not great quality
⚡ Fast + Quality = usually not cheap
🏆 Cheap + Quality = usually takes forever

That triangle changed the way I look at every rehab project. The goal isn’t finding a “perfect” contractor… it’s understanding the trade-offs before the project starts.

What do YOU prioritize most on your projects? Time, price, or quality? ⬇️

I don’t know who needs to hear this… but if gas prices were under $3 the last time you updated your headshot, it’s probably time 😂

Your business evolves.
Your brand should too.

A fresh headshot doesn’t just make you look better. It builds trust, keeps your brand current, and reminds people you take your business seriously.

And honestly… it doesn’t even take that long.

My first solo flip.

No partners but the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

This project came with profit, pressure, long nights, lessons, and a whole lot of faith. But one thing I learned through it all is this:

When you do things the right way, the right buyer will come.

Every decision we made on this home was with the future homeowner in mind. Not shortcuts. Not just chasing a check. Real care. Real craftsmanship. Real intention.

I truly believe God honors that.

If you build it right, serve people well, and stay faithful through the process, provision follows.

Proud of this one. On to the next. 🙏🏾🏡
