You can get the cheapest contractor.
You can get the fastest contractor.
You can get the best quality contractor.

But most of the time… you only get to pick two. 👀

💰 Cheap + Fast = usually not great quality
⚡ Fast + Quality = usually not cheap
🏆 Cheap + Quality = usually takes forever

That triangle changed the way I look at every rehab project. The goal isn’t finding a “perfect” contractor… it’s understanding the trade-offs before the project starts.

My first solo flip.

No partners but the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

This project came with profit, pressure, long nights, lessons, and a whole lot of faith. But one thing I learned through it all is this:

When you do things the right way, the right buyer will come.

Every decision we made on this home was with the future homeowner in mind. Not shortcuts. Not just chasing a check. Real care. Real craftsmanship. Real intention.

I truly believe God honors that.

If you build it right, serve people well, and stay faithful through the process, provision follows.

Proud of this one. On to the next. 🙏🏾🏡

Had a conversation today with another agent about everything going on in our industry.

Sometimes you gotta remind people who you are.

I get it… a lot of people see me spinning a basketball, doing tricks, traveling the world. And yeah, that’s part of my life.

But what you might not see is what I do every single day right here in Central Ohio.

There are about 10,000 agents in our market.
The average agent sells 2 to 3 homes a year.

I’m doing around 25.
