TERMITE swarming season has begun tonight. Good idea to turn off lights outside. Millions of termites will take to the skies the next few nights to search for a new home. The vast majority will not survive.

No one wants a $15K surprise after closing.

That's exactly why home inspections exist—to catch the issues before they become your problem.

From roofs and foundations to electrical systems and plumbing, a standard inspection covers 10 major areas (plus optional add-ons like mold, radon, and sewer scopes).

Think you know what's included? This guide breaks it all down (with a visual you can save or share)!

I say the crime was not letting him finish!

A local man was arrested yesterday after construction workers reported a completely naked individual expertly roofing a house as though it were the most natural thing in the world.
Police arrived to find the Jeff Sanders, 41, of Gilbert, having already shingled roughly three-quarters of the roof. He politely asked officers to “give him another couple hours” so he could finish the job, insisting he was “in the zone.”
When questioned, Sanders explained he had removed all his clothing because “the sun was beating down on me, and sometimes you have to just let the breeze do its thing.”
Officers noted his craftsmanship was “surprisingly impressive,” though they ultimately escorted him off the roof for public indecency. Witnesses say Sanders shouted on the way down, “At least check my lines—they’re perfectly straight!”
