This weekend was a special one. 🥰

For the past 3 years, I’ve helped a couple of investors build their real estate portfolio in Central Ohio, without ever meeting in person. This was their first trip to Ohio… seeing their homes, meeting the tenants, and finally connecting with me (!) face to face.

What started on FaceTime and WhatsApp turned into real conversations, lots of laughs, and getting to know each other beyond real estate. Brian and I now have an open invite to visit them in Cali. ☀️

Moments like this are a reminder that this business is so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s the relationships, the trust, and the people behind it all.

Selling a home sometimes takes the right strategy… and a heavy duty snow shovel 💪🏼❄️.

After this home was on the market in 2025 with another agent and didn’t sell, the seller reached out and we created a new strategy… fresh paint, new carpet, professional staging, and a new marketing strategy.

Since the seller lives out of state, I handled all the prep and details to get the home ready… including a lot of shoveling once the big snowstorm storm hit. 🥴

Once the weather got better and the city opened back up, we got an offer! So grateful the seller trusted me with round two. 😊
