When the sellers told me their neighbor wanted to buy their home and asked if the offer was fair, I said no… I believed I could sell it for MUCH more, even after selling costs.

We ended up selling the home for $600k more than the neighbor’s offer… and $350k over my suggested list price thanks to a multiple offer situation.

Safe to say it paid to test the market.🎯
