I CANNOT stress this enough. If you’re renting and you still think buying a home isn’t possible, pleaseeeee talk to me! There are so many different grants, lenders, programs, etc. that may be options for you. If you don’t want to give your landlord or apartment complex 1500/ month (18,000 / year) please reach out. Wow! Wow! Wow!

First house closed. What a Blessing. From going in contract, then out of contract, back into contract, then having to write addendum after addendum to make this deal happen. What a journey this was. I learned sooooo much through this process and I’m so thankful for the great support I’ve had throughout. This deal will always hold a special place in my heart with it not only being the first one but also the time and effort that went into this. Through all the moments I could’ve been very easily discouraged, I felt an unwavering peace throughout it all thank you my Lord and savior Jesus. Looking forward to what is next in store!

Is this you? This is what window shopping can do to you. You start looking on Zillow, see a home you like, get your hopes ups and then you realize you may need higher credit, a higher down payment and that you need to get pre approved. When you jump to that 4th step, you may be looking at homes that you can’t afford or that you may not be approved up to which just leads you to be disappointed by the homes you actually can afford.

For example, If you’re looking at $400,000 homes and then realize you can only afford something around $320,000. The $320,000 homes will never look like the original 400,000 homes you were looking at.

I don’t want my clients being disappointed because of wrong expectations. Let’s Build that credit, save for that down payment, get pre approved AND THEN make that offer on the home you love!
