Step 1- Check your recently updated property details on the Auditor site for accuracy.

Step 2- Franklin County Reappraisal Value letters are expected in the mail sometime in August.

Step 3- If you disagree with your Reappraisal, visit the above website in August to schedule an online review/appeal.
