JUST SOLD 🏡

One of my favorite parts of this job is that sometimes the relationship starts long before the home search does.

I actually met these clients a while back when they first started thinking about buying a home. The timing ended up not being right, so we hit pause for a bit. When they were ready, they trusted me to jump right back in with them.

This time around, we found them a rare home in North Columbus. There were a few moments where we all had to laugh and say, “Well… wasn’t expecting that.” 😅 But today, none of that matters because they finally have the keys.

Watching military families reach the point where they get to stop moving and start putting down roots will never not be special to me. This one was worth the wait. 🤍

A client of mine recently mentioned their new home was a little dusty when they moved in.

Now mind you, it wasn’t a complaint at all. They were so excited to finally have the keys, but for whatever reason, that comment stuck with me.

I don’t know why, but I found myself coming back to that comment.

I thought, “You know what… I can do better.” 🤔

So before my upcoming closing, I stopped by to wipe down the counters and give the floors a quick once over.

It’s definitely not a professional cleaning. Just a few extra minutes to freshen things up before I hand over the keys.

I want my clients to walk into a home that feels a little less lived in and alittle more ready for them so this is one small act of service I’ll be doing moving forward. 🧚🏽‍♀️
