Ohio just awarded another round of Historic Preservation Tax Credits, and Hamilton County is getting big bucks.

A total of sixteen projects were approved for Southwest Ohio, including several in Cincinnati's urban core.

Highlights include the $64.3M redevelopment of the Alms & Doepke Building in OTR, multiple office-to-apartment conversions downtown, and a handful of other projects across West End, Northside, and Price Hill.
