When I started this challenge, the goal was to get more comfortable putting myself out there, sharing what I’m learning, and connecting with people in our community.
Over the last 21 days I’ve shared homes, market updates, real estate tips, and a little bit of lifestyle content.
The biggest thing I’ve learned is that building relationships doesn’t happen overnight. It happens by showing up consistently and providing value. I hope I could do the latter 😅.
Regardless, I appreciate everyone who watched, commented, shared, or reached out during this challenge. I have more ideas for posts to come, but they will not be everyday lol.

Before transitioning to real estate, I was an ICU nurse for 4ish years. While the two professions are obviously very different, I’m still able to use things I learned in the hospital when acting as a realtor. Clear and early communication, critical thinking skills, problem solving, and the ability to work with people during highly stressful times are attributes that can be invaluable in both careers. I realize buying/selling a home isn’t the same thing as dealing with sickness or injury, but it can feel very daunting in the moment. My goal for my clients is to use the traits I learned in my past experience as a nurse, in conjunction with an expert knowledge of the real estate market to help them through a big decision in their life.
