Probate Case Study – Middletown, CT

I assisted with the sale of a probate property that required immediate coordination before it could even be properly evaluated. The landscaping was so overgrown that access to the home wasn’t initially possible, and the property required a full clean-out before moving forward.

After addressing those issues, we secured a qualified off-market buyer and closed as-is once probate approval was obtained.

Estate properties often involve more than just listing a home — they require vendor coordination, strategic buyer qualification, and close communication throughout the probate process.
