We work to ensure people buy their homes with peace of mind, reduce their risks, and help protect their property rights. How do we help protect property rights? Prior to closing on your real estate purchase, our office examines and verifies legal documents. It’s a complex process, but it’s important because it ensures the title can be legally transferred to you, the new owner.

Happy Boss's Day to our President & CEO, Quinn Stufflebeam! 🤠 Quinn is the grandson of company founder William Herman Stufflebeam, who started this business in Blackfoot, Idaho, in 1905 with four employees and a hand-indexed land record system.

Under Quinn's leadership, Flying S has grown to serve 81 counties across three states.
