In 2021, after the pandemic occurred, a turn of events took place within appraisal industry and within the housing market, leading me into education teaching 5th grade Science / Technology to young professionals here in Magnolia. During that time, I continued to focus my energy part-time after hours within the real estate world turning this into Full-Time venture as of the end of the 2024-2025 sch

ool year. I will miss the kids; however, I desire to turn my attention once more toward assisting families in need across the entire Houston, Austin and Dallas areas. I have seen the turn of the market and how I was able to become a part of an industry that allows me to HELP many people with unfortunate challenges in their lives. We were very happy to sit down with R.D. about the situation of FORECLOSURE he was facing with auction date November 4, 2025 we needed to move quickly. We appreciated him allowing us into his home while we sat at his dining table. After lengthy discussions, the estimated cost of repairs, we recommended a lease buy back option as PLAN B. Our PLAN A was to sell a travel trailer and a truck he doesn't necessarily need to get himself reinstated. The plan B is a good option for himself which he didn't know what we could do until we sat down eith him; however, in this case as we promise we always desire to do the right thing. We are NOT foreclosure consultants but after digging deep into his situation. The absolute best option is to sell his toys and get back on track. Getting rid of things is something many people DO NOT want to do to save their homes but in this case, we HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this choice with a follow up from us in two weeks to check in. Thank you R.D. for the time you allowed us to assist with decision making. We will be in touch.

So here is a prime example about the most unfortunate financial SCAMS of all time! This family purchased from "SUN RUN SOLAR" YEP "SUN RUN" solar panel company. The rep who knocked on this woman's door a year and a half ago, should be ashamed of yourself. She is 81 years old, lives on a golf course, and just wanted to live life happy. Instead, the SHAM REP sells her $90,000.00 of Solar panels on a social security budget. She fell for the SCAM to pay "SUN RUN" an astronomical amount of money over 25 years. She missed the payment, then another, "SUN RUN" placing a LIEN on her home placing more strain on her due to fees, interest and more putting her into foreclosure!

Placing this family into a tizzy of financial stress. Little did she know one thing lead to the next she panicked. Trying to pay for these SCAM SHEETS on her small budget she found herself in foreclosure due to this lien "SUN RUN" Placed on her home! On top of all of this, the rep KNEW 100% that these panels would be pummeled by golf balls daily due to being on a golf course. Their provision within their contract states that if anyone goes into FC the contract is voided. But here is the kicker, after speaking to a rep named VICKY, and WE offering her an amount to pay them out, she takes this offer to her team of solid SCAM ARTISTs and they deny the offer because they want their $90,000 for worthless Solar panels. Keeping this sweet lady in Foreclosure. We offered to purchase the homeowners home and get her a FRESH START which is what she desired. She would like to live in an apartment and downsize. However, due to the circumstance of having these $90,000 garbage panels from "SUN RUN" places her upside down in her home now being auctioned off. "SUN RUN" will get NOTHING ONCE this home is auctioned off, placing this family in great fear as to what to do! What makes me upset is people fall for these SCAMS and these are the types of issues we deal with. After six hours in her home, getting to know her and her family. She is a sweet lady just trying to enjoy her life but instead feels completely over taken by these "SUN RUN" GARBAGE SHEETS and Tesla needs to know who they are partnering with. It's truly ashame! SUN RUN I truly hope your HIGH PAID EXCECUTIVES take a hard look at what you are doing to people by placing this kind of strain on families lives.

Goes to show how some CROOKS do everything they can to gain from someone elses loss! Thieves in this area decided to make themselves right at home and help themselves to ALL of the bricks in these photos. It's a shame that people don't work for a living but steal from those who do and try so desperately hard to hold on to their homes. In this case we have assisted the homeowner and they were blessed we did! Then today they noticed that all of the bricks have been stolen!
