And I love seeing people supporting the small, family owned businesses that keep our rural towns going.

If you are around the Faulkner County/Van Buren county line this afternoon, it is worth a trip to Damascus to grab some food from Cluckin' Chicken or Mrs. T's Burgers. While you wait for them to cook your meal up hot and fresh, you can cool off inside Shofner Family Creations! They aren't 𝓳𝓾𝓼𝓽 a knife store - although they have some great handmade knives and pocket knives. Ladies - they have all kinds of great things for us as well! Jewelry, hats, bags, cutting boards, handmade soaps, and more!

Keep an eye on the Shofner page - I hear that they plan to continue hosting food trucks, and we never know who may show up from time to time!!

I am super excited for all the new, fun stuff happening in our little town.
