There’s just something about this month in Arkansas—the cooler mornings, pumpkins on the porches, Friday night football, changing leaves, and that first evening when you realize you actually need a sweater. 🤎

October has officially arrived, and I’m ready for every bit of it.

There are a few things I’ll always tell my buyers — even when it’s not exactly what they want to hear.

I’m going to tell you if I think you’re overpaying.
I’m going to tell you if I see red flags.
I’m going to remind you that the prettiest house isn’t always the best house.
And I’m never going to push you into a decision just because it gets us to the closing table faster.

My job isn’t to sell you a house.
My job is to help you make a decision you’ll still feel good about years from now.
That means honesty, patience, and sometimes saying, “I don’t think this is the one.”

Every time I look at the front porch at 55 Waterloo, I say the same thing: “This would be SO cute decorated for fall.”

So…I decided to show you. 👀

A couple of rocking chairs, some cozy pillows, greenery, lanterns and seasonal touches — and suddenly you can picture yourself sitting out here with your morning coffee on a crisp fall day.
