New family spot in Henry County opens June 20th!!! The brand new Henry County Aquatic Center! This $55 million water park on Henry Parkway Connector in McDonough has a lazy river, wave pool, four-slide tower, cabanas, and even a rooftop bar. It's an easy trip right off I-75 for families across Henry County.

The ONLY two counties in our metro area chosen for Georgia's brand new Innovative Schools Initiative-Henry County AND Rockdale County! The Georgia Department of Education selected just 10 school districts statewide, and both of our communities made the list.

Over the next year, our school systems will design new learning models built around what families and kids actually need today. This is a huge win for Henry and Rockdale families.
