North Mount Carmel Park may finally be getting relief from the flooding that happens after heavy rain.

Henry County approved more than $1.6 million for major site improvements, including drainage repairs, new sidewalks, pavilions, a restroom building, and preparation for a new playground.

Henry County has a new option for parents in crisis and the location is important.

The Safe Haven Baby Box is at Fire Station Number 6 in Ellenwood and will be available beginning Friday, August 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Nothing but great energy, powerful connections, learning, and growth—all while being surrounded by some of the greatest minds in real estate!

Let me tell you something: real estate is NOT for the weak. You may see the bells, the whistles, the diamonds, the closings, and the success—but what you do not always see is the work, sacrifice, consistency, and personal growth happening behind the scenes.

To grow in this business, you have to continue learning, expanding your circle, and placing yourself in rooms with people who will challenge you, pour into you, and help move you forward. You also need a strong support system at home!

Could an additional penny at the register help provide property-tax relief in Rockdale County? 👀

Rockdale County and the City of Conyers have approved an agreement involving a proposed one-percent FLOST. If implemented, the revenue would be used to help lower the millage rate and offset property taxes for residents and businesses.

The additional sales tax is not currently in effect. I’m simply sharing and breaking down the community update, not promoting or organizing the proposal.

Something exciting is being planned for Rockdale County! 🏊‍♀️

The nonprofit Swim School has purchased the former Babcock Furniture building on Iris Drive and plans to transform it into an indoor aquatic education center.

The future facility is expected to offer swim lessons, water-safety education, CPR certification, lifeguard training, and workforce opportunities, with a planned opening in January 2027.
