I had the opportunity to help some clients all the way from Texas purchase a home here in Smithville, TN... completely remote. We were able to handle everything from showings to inspections and closing.

Negotiations paid off, and we were able to save them $18,900 off the original asking price.

And probably the coolest part of this one… two houses for the price of one. Plenty of space and a really unique setup for a growing family.

I’ve been working with these clients from out of state for the past few months, and we finally found the perfect piece of land to start building their future on.
