I’m seeing a lot of stuff about the NAR lawsuit. I just want everyone to know.. let’s wait until the dust settles, nothing goes into effect until July.

Also, the media calling it “a standard 6% commission” is not right. You can’t call anything in the real estate industry a standard because that would then be considered “price fixing” which is illegal. Commission is always negotiable.

I know that I'm not the only person that tired of having people who don't understand the real estate businesss call for me.

This is why I decided to jump start 2024 with a prospecting model that not only works for my team, but also has shown great success to others.

I don't want to have this post just be a pitch. I would rather tell everyone here the reason I pursued this business model is to solve an issue I came across with every ISA company I used.

I wanted someone I could trust to call my sphere, and say they are an extension of my team without feeling as if they were a cold call.

Someone to drum up business with warm leads that have been dormant in my pipeline for years.

I prefer the people I work with to be In House ( they are ) and professionally trained ( They are ) to feel comfortable with who I work with, and not have some ridiculous contract that I am tied to.
