Is your fireplace ready for Winter? October is Fire Safety Awareness Month 🔥 and with the first fires of the season heading into Minnesota fireplaces, now is a good time to check the things that tend to get skipped 👀

Through the end of October, our chimney inspection is $175, which is $75 off the regular price.🙌🏻 Dryer vent cleaning is $75. Book either one or both, and you can add a battery change for up to 5 smoke/ CO detectors for $25.🚨

Call us at 763-567-2181 to get on the schedule, and share this with a neighbor who has a fireplace and hasn't had it looked at in a while. 🧐

This review points to the part that happens before and after that work. Brett and Dominic walked him through how the system functions, what to expect once it's running, and stuck around until every question was answered. No rushing out the door once the pipe's connected.
Thanks for trusting us with the job. ✅🙌🏻

Your water softener runs on salt, and the tank is easy to forget about. 🧂
Lift the lid, find the cylinder in the middle, check the level before you add anything, and pour the salt in around it. 🙌🏻Do that and the minerals stay out of your dishes, your soap, and your water heater. 🧼🫧

We fill it every quarter for our Home Maintenance clients, so it's one less thing on the list. ✅

Take a second and look around this room. 👀Somewhere in this photo is a radon tester, quietly doing its job.🤫
Found it? It's small, it's unobtrusive, and it doesn't need you to rearrange your life around it. 🏡Our 48-hour continuous monitor sits in your space for two days, no mail-in canister, no waiting weeks for results. ❌ Just drop it, live your life, and get your numbers back as soon as it's done.✅
That's the whole point. Testing for radon shouldn't be complicated, and now you know what to look for next time you're in a room with one.
