Radon mitigation doesn’t have to be complicated, disruptive, or stressful.
We want to show homeowners what the installation process actually looks like inside the home.
From creating a suction pit beneath the concrete floor, to running sealed piping and safely venting radon outside, each step is designed to be efficient, clean, and effective. We also coordinate directly with a licensed electrician, so homeowners don’t have to manage multiple contractors or schedules.
Most installations are completed the same day—typically within three to four hours—and when we’re finished, we clean up so it looks like we were never there.
The goal of radon mitigation is to reduce levels below the EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L, and in many homes, even closer to 2.0.
Education and transparency matter. When homeowners understand the process, they can make informed decisions with confidence.
