Born and raised just outside of Boston, Shiloh Cabrera spent years dreaming of sunshine and endless summers. That dream eventually became a reality when she made the move to Miamiâa vibrant city sheâs proud to now call home. Shiloh holds a Masterâs in Business Administration (MBA) degree and brings over 15 years of experience in the financial industry to her work in real estate. Throughout her car
eer, she held leadership roles where she trained, coached, and mentored new team members, helping them understand complex financial concepts and translate them into clear, practical solutions for clients. That experience gave her something clients value tremendously todayâthe patience and ability to break complicated information down into simple, easy-to-understand conversations. Simply put, she knows how to make things make sense. When Shiloh transitioned into real estate, it was a natural extension of what she had been doing for years: helping people understand their financial options, strengthen their credit, and build a better future. But if youâre expecting a cookie-cutter Realtor, you might be surprised. Shiloh believes professionalism doesnât have to mean being robotic. While she takes her work and her clients very seriously, sheâs also grounded, approachable, and very much a real person. Her clients arenât working with a scripted sales machineâtheyâre working with someone who listens, cares, and shows up authentically. In fact, many of her clients say the same thing: they came for the real estate, but they stayed for the relationship. Long after the closing table, many of them still call, text, and keep in touch. Over time, clients often become long-time friends, which is exactly how Shiloh prefers it. Because lifeâand relationshipsâdonât stop after the transaction closes. While real estate is a big part of her world, conversations with Shiloh donât always stop there. Sometimes youâll find yourselves talking about finance, credit strategy, travel adventures, pets, or whatever mutual interests happen to come up along the way. Outside of real estate, Shiloh enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, discovering great food, and meeting people from all walks of life. At home, she spends time with her dog, ducks, and chickens while slowly growing what she jokingly calls her ânot-so-Disney mini farm.â (Turns out chickens donât sing, ducks are surprisingly opinionated, and glass slippers are completely impractical in a chicken coop.) She also enjoys reading books on mindset and the law of attraction, always looking for ways to grow, stay positive, and help others do the same. Shilohâs journey into real estate also became personal when she purchased her own home in 2014. Like many buyers, she experienced the stress and uncertainty that can come with the process and wished she had someone guiding her who truly cared. That experience inspired her to become the Realtor she once needed. Today, she proudly serves individuals and families from all backgrounds, income levels, credit profiles, and LGBTQ identities, helping them navigate the real estate process with clarity, strategy, and confidence. Whether youâre buying, selling, or renting, Shiloh is committed to bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to beâwith honesty, patience, and a little personality along the way. Because at the end of the day, real estate is about more than properties. Itâs about people, relationships, and building a life you love.
