I know folks are feeling nervous about the housing market, but real estate is a great investment. It’s a buyer’s market right now. What that means, is there are lots of homes on the market for buyers to choose from. There’s more chance for negotiations. I know some folks fear interest rates, but these rates help push prices down. And, interest rates can be refinanced if they dip. Home prices can’t. So buying when prices are lower is always a good bet!
