Did you know that purchasing a new construction home boosts the economy? How so, you may ask? Well - The National Association of Realtors did a report and specifically in CA every new home purchased pumps $173,000 back into the economy. This is because you are generating jobs and income for the appraiser, the loan officer, the title company, the real estate agent, and many more contributors to the process. For every person or business that you work with throughout the transaction, there’s also likely a team behind the scenes making it all happen, so the effort multiplies substantially. New construction has double the impact because of the construction and trade teams, architects and all other labor that goes into designing and building a new home. •
