This photo isn’t about the yacht.

It’s about the person I’m becoming.

Every day I read my Definite Chief Aim. I’ve read it so many times that it has become my anchor. When anxiety creeps in or uncertainty shows up, I don’t wonder if my future will work out. I remind myself that the destination has already been decided. My job is simply to become the man capable of achieving it.

I believe success is created twice: first in your mind, then in reality.

Experiences like this aren’t my purpose. They’re the byproduct of living on purpose.

My purpose is to build businesses that create generational wealth, help families achieve financial freedom, and one day fund a foundation that supports people living with Polycystic Kidney Disease and Polycystic Liver Disease.

Every decision I make, every book I read, every workout, every conversation, and every deal moves me one step closer to that vision.

The future isn’t something I’m waiting for.

It’s something I’m building.

Took some time this morning to walk a few fix-and-flip projects with other investors on our team.

I genuinely enjoy seeing how other people approach their projects. Every investor has a different system, different design choices, and different lessons they’ve learned along the way.

You don’t grow by thinking you have all the answers—you grow by staying curious.

There’s always something new to learn. 👊

June 24, 2005.

It’s hard to believe it’s been 21 years. It feels like a lifetime of memories, challenges, growth, laughter, and milestones.

For years, our annual trip to Kauai marked the end of summer. Now, with a teenager heading back to school, this has become our anniversary tradition instead. Life changes… and so do traditions.

Looking back, we’ve been through plenty of ups and downs, but somehow we’ve always found our way forward together. I think we’re doing pretty good so far.

Here’s to 21 years of choosing each other, embracing whatever comes next, and making more memories in one of our favorite places.

Happy Anniversary, Stacey. I love you.

Another successful chapter for our clients.

We’re excited to share the closing of 24751 Woodhill Ln in Lake Forest at $1,245,000. Representing the buyers on this transaction made it even more meaningful because these clients were simultaneously selling their home at 18864 Cordata St.

We secured this home before we even had their previous property in escrow, knowing exactly where they wanted to be, close to friends, community, and a shorter commute to work. Coordinating both escrows to close one day apart was no small task, but we got it done.
