Persistence Pays Off

When I first took on 173 Glendora Ave, it didn’t go according to plan. The original exit shifted, the contractor failed to deliver, and the timeline stretched far past expectations. What was supposed to be a simple flip turned into a long, painful lesson in patience and problem-solving.

When the market shifted, I pivoted. I turned it into a short term rental, stabilized it, and refinanced out of the hard money loan to hold steady while I rebuilt the plan. There were moments I thought about walking away, but I didn’t.

Today, after everything, we’re officially under contract.

This one wasn’t about luck. It was about staying committed when the easy choice was to quit.
