I love when a plan comes together!
My client has been doing summer vacations with his family up on the North Yuba since he was a small boy 30 years ago. He said aunts and uncles were nearly as excited as him during the escrow process, calling and checking in on progress almost daily.
Now a new generation of memories can begin at their little slice of heaven right on the banks of the river.

I met the owner of this gorgeous High Sierra property in the grocery store. I passed her a shopping cart as I went to grab one for myself. Once inside, we passed each other again in the vegetable section. "Thanks for the cart." she said.
"I gave you a card?" I said displaying just how distracted, deaf and lacking of short term memory I am.
" The cart," she repeated pointing. My face reddened as I recognized the above listed shortcomings, "Why would you give me a card ?"
"I am a realtor." I replied sheepishly.
"Great," she said, "I'll take one of those too."
Two months later I had this lovely piece of the Sierras sold to a fantastic new family who plans to love it just the way it should be.
My question is does it pay to be nice or to be deaf?

So happy for my first time home buyer clients. They showed up knowing exactly what they were looking for and quickly found it. Tall trees, beautiful long range views and a couple acres next to fantastic hiking and biking.
