Every home sale, and every client, is so unique! I had the opportunity to help the owner of this home in a small beach community in Greenbank sell her home off-market to her neighbor last week. Although it might sound simple, there was still a lot of phone calls and emails and negotiating as I worked with both the seller and the buyer through the inspections negotiations and assisted them through all the steps of getting the home cleared out, cleaned, and ready for the next owner. I usually don't act as a "dual agent" (representing the seller and the buyer), but when a seller identifies their own buyer and asks me to help them both, I'll step up to the plate. Although it was sad for the seller to say goodbye to this beach home, it was the right time, and they are glad to know it will be taken care of by someone they know already.
