Did you know the Red River Gorge has over 100 natural sandstone arches… more than anywhere east of the Rockies? 👀

Most people come for the hiking, but end up falling in love with the slower parts too. Coffee on the cabin deck. Late nights around the firepit. Watching fog roll across the trees in the morning.

Today we remember the brave men and women who gave everything for this country and the freedoms we get to enjoy every day.

Beyond the cookouts, lake days, and long weekend, Memorial Day is about honoring sacrifice and remembering those who never made it home.

Good food, good people, and a beautiful day together❤️

We’re excited to spend today gathered with family, friends, and neighbors for good food, kids enjoying the bounce house, and making memories together ☀️

But most importantly, we’re remembering what Memorial Day weekend is truly about — honoring and remembering the men and women who gave their lives for our country and our freedom.

Today’s episode of “small business ownership builds character” 💀

Had lawn duty at one of our properties and somehow managed to get the mower stuck. And not just anywhere… near the cliff side 😅

Casey was unavailable, all of our equipment was at a different property, and Trevor got a front row seat to me learning how to use a come along for the first time 😂

Honestly, it all went surprisingly smooth. I was just slightly nervous watching the mower sit a little too close to the edge for my comfort level 👀🤣

But teamwork prevailed and the mower is officially safe and sound 🙌

Running properties really is just:
10% peaceful cabin views
90% “well… this is a new one.”

What’s the most random thing you’ve had to learn on the fly as an adult? 😂
