Things have been BUSY over here at TC Management! 🙌

Between managing our current properties, securing new monthly leases, helping other property owners get their rentals ready to launch, and continuing to build our team and improve our processes, there's a whole lot happening behind the scenes!

It's pretty crazy to look back at where we started and see how much this business has grown. And we're nowhere near done! We've got some exciting things in the works, and I can't wait to share more.

One thing I've learned along the way is that building a business takes a lot more than just having a good idea. It takes hard work, consistency, good people, and genuinely caring about what you do.

Which brings me to this picture. 😂

One of my favorite things in my office is this little sign that says "Work Hard and Be Nice."

It's simple, but it's something I try to live by every single day. Whether it's our guests, property owners, staff, or the people we work with along the way, I truly believe how you treat people matters just as much as the work you do.

And that's exactly how we plan to keep growing TC Management. ❤️

Bimini House Hurricane Update 🌀🏡
For those wondering how The Bimini House in Pensacola fared through Hurricane Isaias — we're happy to report that everything looks great! ❤️

We had a couple of tree limbs come down on our shed, but thankfully, that was the extent of it!

Feeling incredibly fortunate that our property made it through with such minimal damage.

Thinking of everyone who wasn't as fortunate and hoping everyone is staying safe. ❤️

The leaves are changing, the temperatures are dropping, and weekday cabin season in the Red River Gorge is officially here.
And honestly? Weekdays might be the best time to come.

Less crowded trails.
Quieter mornings.
Hot tub nights.
And a little room to actually slow down.

🍂 HELLO, AUTUMN! 🍂

If you’re heading to the Red River Gorge this fall, add these to your list. The Gorge is pretty year-round, but October is something else. 😍

🍁 Natural Bridge — hike up or take the skylift and catch those fall views.
🍁 Sky Bridge — a shorter adventure with some seriously good views over the changing canopy.
🍁 Chimney Top Rock — one of the best spots for a big panoramic view without committing to an all-day hike.
🍁 Auxier Ridge — if you want a real hike with BIG fall views, put this one on the list.
🍁 Nada Tunnel + Scenic Byway — perfect when you want to see the colors without hiking all day. The Red River Gorge Scenic Byway runs 46 miles through the area and passes right through Nada Tunnel.
🍁 Gray’s Arch — another gorgeous hike when the forest starts changing.

And honestly... leave some time to just drive around. Some of the prettiest fall views in the Gorge are the ones you weren't even looking for.

Peak color typically builds through mid-to-late October, with higher elevations changing first and the valleys following later.
