Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our community, responsible for engaging with prospective residents, showcasing our properties, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience. Experience is preferred but not required—we are looking for candidates with customer service experience and a strong desire to grow in the industry
Key Responsibilities
• Leasing & Sales: Conduct tours, explain leasing options, and guide prospects through the application process.
• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with residents and provide exceptional service.
• Marketing & Outreach: Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media promotions and community events.
• Administrative Tasks: Process lease applications, manage lease renewals, and maintain accurate records.
• Property Knowledge: Stay informed about floor plans, pricing, amenities, and community policies.
• Problem-Solving: Address resident concerns and assist with conflict resolution.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
• No prior leasing experience required, but experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for real estate and leasing.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, or other CRM platforms (a plus but not required).
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
