Hello It's me Kristal Jackson,Realtor- 1 Percent Lists Florida Coast

Big news, friends! I’m beyond excited to announce that I am officially joining 1 Percent Lists Florida Coast!

After much convincing (😂), I’ve finally decided to join my husband, Roger Jackson, at the same brokerage! It’s an exciting new chapter, and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.

Before I turn the page, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at ERA American Real Estate who supported me, guided me, encouraged me, and helped me grow throughout my journey. I’ve learned so much, built meaningful relationships, and made memories that I’ll always treasure.

A very special shoutout to Coach Zee for being incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my time there, and to Lisa, whose bright smile always made my day every time I stopped by the office to print my open house flyers! 😊 You both made those little office moments extra special.

And a huge thank-you to The Vibe Team for all the wonderful signs, helpful tips, and support along the way. You guys were always there to help, and I truly appreciate it!

Warning: Decibel levels are about to peak 🎧💥

A large detonation is scheduled for Aug. 21 between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a backup date of Aug. 25 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Our neighbors in Navarre, Crestview, Baker, Niceville and Destin may hear a large detonation during these windows. No major roads will be closed for this mission.
