CONGRATULATIONS ON CLOSING DAY!!!!!!🍾🎊🎉🍾🎊🎉
We started this journey the traditional way, by looking at homes! We looked at several homes and every single one we walked into she was not happy. She would say "But the house I love is yellow!" "But the Yellow House is right next to my best friend!" "But the Yellow House........" you see where I am going!
I finally said to her " We need to find out if you can buy this Yellow House or not! You are not going to like anything I show you until we find out if you can have the Yellow House!"
And thus the real journey began! We submitted our offer! Repairs were negotiated, put into action, and completed! And here we stand today.
She is now the proud owner of the "Yellow House", next door to her childhood bestfriend, and only a short drive away from her new best friend (Me 😁)!
