House hold tip Tuesday:
Home painting hack.

I saw this tip the other day it sounded crazy... but I'm still intrigued....

Apparently when you are painting your home adding a few drops of vanilla extract will help neutralize the chemical smell.

Have you ever tried this?

coming from someone who has painted many time I was thinking vanilla is a dark color wouldn't it change the color of the paint?

I wonder if peppermint extract (because its clear) would work better?

Either of them would be interesting to try!

🤔To rent or to own- that is the question! According to the national association of relators the average net worth of a home owner is 40x higher than a renter. That is wild!

The reason why this matters is because of time. the longer you own real estate the more wealth you build. this will set you up to retire earlier, be with your family more, travel the world, and spend more time doing what you love. Renting may seem like a better financial decision in the short run, but if you look at the long term impacts they will astound you.
