We are very excited to welcome Michelle Tate Styron to our Crestview Coldwell Banker Team. Michelle is a lifelong Crestview native and proud graduate of Choctawhatchee High School (Class of 1983), she built her career on strong business foundations. She spent years in her family’s successful company before continuing a 25-year career in the petroleum industry with Tate Oil Co., Inc., serving as Executive Vice President for the final decade prior to its sale in 2005.

After the sale of Tate Oil Co., Michelle transitioned into real estate, where her contract expertise and business experience quickly set her apart. She earned Top Ten Agent recognition early in her career and has worked with several respected brokerages before proudly joining Coldwell Banker Realty.

Now back in the industry she loves, she works with buyers, sellers, and commercial clients across Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Michelle is known for her honesty, strong work ethic, and straightforward approach, her goal is simple: make every transaction smooth while helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
