What You Don't See Can Matter Most.

A house can look great during a showing.

Fresh paint. New flooring. Beautiful kitchen. Great curb appeal.

But a visual walkthrough doesn't tell you everything.

A home inspector looks beyond the cosmetics to evaluate accessible components and systems of the home.

That may include looking for signs of:

🔎 Water intrusion
⚡ Electrical deficiencies
💧 Plumbing leaks
🏠 Structural concerns
❄️ HVAC problems
🌧️ Drainage issues
🛠️ Improper repairs

You may not notice these things during a 30-minute showing—and that's okay.

That's why inspections exist.

There’s No Such Thing as a Perfect House

Every home has a story—and every home has maintenance needs, wear and tear, and imperfections.

The purpose of a home inspection isn't to find a perfect house.

It's to help you understand what you're buying.

A professional inspection can identify conditions that may not be obvious during a typical showing, including concerns with:

🔎 Roof
⚡ Electrical
💧 Plumbing
❄️ HVAC
🏠 Structure
🌧️ Drainage
🔥 Safety systems
🪟 Windows & doors

Some findings may be minor maintenance items. Others could be more significant and deserve further evaluation.

Many folks ask this question when seeking to hire for a certain task: What makes you different from the other guys?

At FullScope Inspections we approach each house with systemic inspection practices and acute attention to detail. We don’t simply hand our clients a report, we ensure their understanding. We explain how each item impacts the home buyer and what needs priority attention or further evaluation. Our inspection shines light on aspects that are not seen during a showing or a walkthrough, giving us the opportunity to better educate our client before a potential home purchase. Numerous clear photos with concise descriptions of any issues are included in our reports. Our reports give our clients the ability to “See the FullScope.”

We believe integrity isn't just good business, it's who we're called to be. Paul says it best in his letter to the Colossians, “And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” (3:17)
