On August 12th around 4:00 a.m., our storage facility was broken into. The fencing was cut and catalytic converters were stolen from multiple motorhomes, including ours. We did not find out until the afternoon of August 14th when we went to prep it to go out on a booking.

We had been hopeful repairs would be completed in time to honor our remaining summer rentals. Unfortunately, with insurance and repair shops backed up, we’ve had no choice but to cancel all remaining August bookings.

Our hearts are broken to cause stress and inconvenience to our renters. Since starting Happy Camper RV Rental last year, we have worked hard to provide an easy, safe, and comfortable experience in our motorhome—always with the highest level of customer service. Canceling bookings, even when circumstances are outside our control, does not align with our expectations for ourselves or our business.

We are committed to helping those affected find replacement motorhomes and are offering them a discount on a future rental.

Thank you to all of our renters for your support—we truly appreciate you. We look forward to welcoming new renters as soon as our motorhome is repaired.

🚐✨ It’s been a BUSY summer for us!

Our motorhome has been booked solid since May – sometimes coming back and heading back out the same day! It’s been a little hectic, but we are so grateful to all our renters who have taken such good care of it, making these quick turnarounds so much easier!

In this video, I’m giving you a peek at how the RV came back from a 2-week trip to the Grand Tetons and what it looks like after I got it ready to roll out again!

We’re completely booked through September, so we’ve still got a busy stretch ahead. It’s wonderful getting to meet so many new people and play a small part in their adventures!

We’re taking our grandsons away for the weekend to Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Lake Monroe!
