Some people work behind the scenes, but their impact is felt in everything we do. Melanie is one of those people.
I've had the privilege of working alongside Melanie for years, and I honestly don't know what I'd do without her. Whether she's keeping transactions on track, helping with QuickBooks or jumping in to help with whatever comes our way, she's always someone I can count on.
One of the fun things about working together is discovering how many interests we share. We both enjoy camping, traveling out west, and spending time in the garden (although Melanie's flowers thrive a lot better than mine! 🌸😂). Her love of birds has definitely rubbed off on me, and our mutual love for dogs is something we'll always have in common.
I'm incredibly thankful to have Melanie as part of the Herman Realty team and even more grateful to call her a friend.

For more than 15 years, Melanie has been one of those people at Herman Realty.
If you've ever worked with us, there's a good chance Melanie had a hand in making your transaction run smoothly—even if you never knew it. From transaction coordination and QuickBooks to insurance, accounting, and the countless special projects that keep our business moving forward, she's the person we can always count on.
Melanie has an incredible ability to jump in wherever she's needed, solve problems, and keep everything organized behind the scenes. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help make her an invaluable part of our team and someone we all rely on every day.
When she's not keeping Herman Realty running smoothly, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loves camping, riding her motorcycle, and traveling out west whenever she gets the chance. At home, she's happiest surrounded by her animals, especially her dogs and birds, and if you've ever seen her gardens, you know she has an incredible green thumb. Whether she's tending to her flowers or enjoying the outdoors, Melanie brings the same care and dedication to her hobbies that she does to her work.
