➡️ The October Smart Senior Speaker Series will focus on understanding the “invisible caregiver” with Theresa Niewiadomski, Family Caregiver Support Specialist with Direction Home Akron Canton.

This free event is for adult children, spouses, seniors, and family members who want to better understand caregiver support, what local resources may be available, and where to start when helping an aging loved one.

The first 10 photos from one very fun day at Pure Passions Farm. 🦙💙

I recently hosted a big client appreciation event in Kent, Ohio, and these photos are only the beginning. There are plenty of familiar faces in this first batch (and more to come!) 🤩

More than anything, I wanted this day to be a real thank you.

Yes I’ve lived in Stow for 29 years and I LOVE it BUT…..Cuyahoga Falls will always be my hometown ♥️it’s where I grew up, where I still venture for festivals, shopping and restaurants….its where over 1/3 of my real estate business thrives (thank you! 😉)

This one was over a year in the making!

A past client reached out to me more than a year ago and shared that a move might be in the future. We did a pre-staging walkthrough, talked about what would make the biggest impact when it was time to sell, and created a list of things to tackle before hitting the market.

Some very good friends of mine, who also happen to be past clients, reached out and said they were ready for their next move. Their wish list was pretty specific: maintenance-free condo living, 3 bedrooms, a gas fireplace, 2-car garage, and close to where they already live.

So we got the ball rolling!

✔️ First step—get pre-approved and ready to go
✔️ Next—start watching for the right one
✔️ Then THIS beauty hit the market…and I knew it wouldn’t last long!

Sure enough, we were in multiple offers. We gave it our best, I connected with the listing agent to make sure we understood what was most important to the sellers, and we put together the strongest offer we could.

And it was ACCEPTED! 🎉

There’s something extra special about helping good friends and past clients with another chapter in their lives. I’m so excited for them and can’t wait to see them enjoying their new maintenance free home! ❤️🏡
