Behind every closing, there’s a story… and this one definitely had a few twists! 🏡❤️

We were previously under contract with the same buyer, who decided to terminate—only to come back realizing just how much he really wanted this home. After jumping through a few hoops, today we finally got to CELEBRATE! 🥂🔑

I’m a little TOO excited about my new Meta glasses. 😂👓

Poor Oliver… I’m taking pictures, recording videos, capturing our bike rides, making real estate content — basically documenting EVERYTHING. 😂 And I’m loving it!

The only problem is now I have to keep:
🔋 My glasses charged
🔋 My phone charged
🔋 My computer charged
🔋 My car charged

At this point, I may need to hire a full-time Charging Assistant. 😂 Applications are open.

Just kidding… that’s what Oliver is for. 🤣❤️

But seriously, we’re having so much fun creating new content and sharing a little more of our life, our bike adventures, and of course, REAL ESTATE!

We welcomed multiple offers the very first weekend, and today we celebrate a successful closing!
