It was a great quick last minute summer trip for us! The house is very nice and filled up with activities to do. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We caught lots of fish in the canal. Highly recommend this place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at this home for 3 nights with our 7 grandchildren ages 1 1/2 to 13. They all had a wonderful time! There was so much for them to do. The water lily pad was a hit, as well as fishing from the grounds. We brought a remote control motorboat and used it in the canal. We made s’mores, used the hot tub, and did karaoke on the upper deck at night. The pantry is filled with games for all ages, including balls and paddles that the kids enjoyed along with the outdoor net for a kid-style pickleball. The house itself is very pretty. We appreciated the large dining table. There is a regular coffee pot as well as a Nespresso machine (no Keurig). The only thing we really would have liked was more silverware, so bring plastic or your own if you need more than 6 of anything. The house was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent. We tried to take a walk to the lake but weren’t able to find a cut-thru with public access. A very nice neighbor though invited us to walk to her backyard which was open to the beautiful lake. Overall, I highly recommend for a fun filled time. More geared toward kids because of the two rooms with bunk beds, but truly anyone would enjoy the property. We certainly did and hope to return in the future!

We loved our first visit to Fig’s Steakhouse. The bone in 12 oz. steak was amazing and the sides and service were top of the line.

The first thing that jumps out about this property is how modern, updated and clean it was. It was so great to spend the day outside overlooking the water and then to relax at night at such a beautiful property with every amenity we could need. I stay at a lot of VRBO properties and it was nice that everything on the property worked (i.e. A/C, WiFi, Gas Grill, cooking utensils, etc.). Also the layout of the property was great because we were all able to hang out together as the kitchen, dining and living were all open. The gigantic kitchen island was where we spent a lot of time. The shower in the master bedroom was a huge hit with everyone, it was massive! Also, there actually were fish out in the channel, and the owners let us use their fishing gear. The neighborhood is quiet, so not a party cove. Instead, there were a lot of families in the neighboring homes. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet lake get away for the family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We enjoyed the hot tub, watched the RNC in the big screen, fished on the lake. We lived the walk in shower in the master bath and slept well on the comfy beds. The kitchen, family room area was a great place to fellowship! The back porch was a beautiful place to have our coffee and start the day while the birds put on an aerial demonstration! Good memories!

Kayleigh Morris July 2024 - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved this house. Kevin was a great host and responded to all of our questions as soon as we asked them. The house was very clean and exactly what the host said it would be. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you again Kevin for allowing us to rent such a beautiful and relaxing place!

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed to view the eclipse, including a nice deck to take in the full view. For the kids they enjoyed fishing in the canal and enjoying the hot tub. The house was spacious and well equipped for our group. I would definitely stay again!
