Take a look at the Collin County housing reports. The Median Price of a home has dropped 3.3% and listings are down 1.6% compared to September of last year. Days on the market not including the days to close is showing that inventory is still moving. The total inventory is about flat compared to last year at 2.4 months of inventory on the market.

People are still moving into the metroplex, so If you are thinking about listing your house consider the days on market as well as the time of year. We are traditionally moving into the slowest part of the selling season.
