I’m a little late but excited to announce that I helped my client secure a tenant a couple of weeks ago for his very first investment property! 🔑🎉

A little back story this property was listed with another agent prior to me listing it. The photos and marketing lacked big time with only 1 applicant the entire 2 months it sat on the market.

I was referred to have a conversation with the owner to discuss what was needed to properly market the property, and secure a qualified tenant. Consultation went well and I immediately got to work! Scheduled professional photos and began marketing the property online and to my realtor network. Fast forward I brought in tons of foot traffic and multiple qualified applicants. Might I add that I re-listed the property at a higher monthly rent rate than previous, generating more monthly cash flow for my client! 💰

Representation matters whether you are buying or selling. Make sure you not only work with a realtor who is knowledgeable, but most importantly work with a realtor who will put in the work.

Good morning friends and family!

My goals this year are simple:
-Get up early every day, do my skin care routine, and look presentable (no more grout fits 😂)
-Focus on my social media content (been trying to do better but still have a ways to go (😩😭)
-Focus on building stronger relationships with friends and family
-Start working on managing past, future and current relationships with clients (keeping in contact with everyone consistently)
-Fine tune my negotiation skills. There’s nothing I love more than getting an almost impossible deal for my clients.
-Getting back into my hobbies; golf, basketball, possibly running again (might be a stretch but we will try lol)
-Reading more again and putting down the phone as often as possible
-Getting a virtual assistant and showing assistant
-Finding ways to get more clients
-Focusing on my mental health and being content with whatever happens.

There are more smaller goals I have as well but doing the above things and getting back on a schedule are very important to me. As someone who suffers with OCD and Intrusive thoughts, getting back into a daily schedule is one of the hardest things but so worth while.

What are your goals this year and how well are you doing with them so far? We are all human, so even if you haven’t started yet or have fallen behind, pick it up again. The only person in charge of getting you where you want to be is YOU! ✨
