1. Use a professional real estate agent who has experience and knows the ins and outs of the market. AKA ME 😛
A dirty house is a huge turnoff for potential buyers! Be sure to deep clean your house or hire a cleaning company to do it for you.
Use a professional photographer to take listing photos for the MLS! This is oftentimes the first impression potential buyers will have, so it’s important to make it a good one. (Highly recommend 📸)
Spruce up the exterior of your home! Fresh landscaping, paint touch-ups, trimmed trees and lawn, and flourishing flower beds will help to boost curb appeal.
Be flexible with showings. Your home should always be showing-ready! Be sure to pick up dishes, make your bed, and keep your house tidy - this makes it easy to book last minute showings without feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
