CONGRATULATIONS Marjorie! 🔑 🏡

A little bit of background- Marjorie and I first met in high school through our NJROTC class. She was a year ahead of me and part of the leadership team, so she was someone I always looked up to.
Fast forward to a couple of months ago, she reached out, we reconnected, and we started her journey towards homeownership.
Yesterday, she officially became a homeowner, and I couldn’t be happier for her! 🤍

If there’s a will there’s a way and after a lot of negotiation we are officially under contract! 🙌🏼

In real estate, “under contract” means that the seller has accepted a buyer’s offer on a property, and both parties have signed a purchase agreement. However, the sale is not yet finalized, as various contingencies such as inspections, financing, or appraisals still need to be met.

Huge congratulations to my God-fearing cousin and her husband on purchasing their second home! 🙌🏼 A year ago, we talked about the steps they needed to take to achieve this goal.
