Eid Mubarak to my beautiful community, friends, and extended family 🤍✨

May this blessed day bring peace into your homes, baraka into your رزق, and joy into every heart you hold dear.

Grateful for the relationships built over the years, the trust you’ve placed in me, and the moments we’ve shared beyond just real estate. You are never just clients to me.

From my home to yours… Eid Mubarak 🌙

🏡 Friday New Homes Update | Celina • Prosper • Frisco

Every Friday I’ll share a quick look at what’s happening with new construction homes in North Dallas. This area keeps growing and many buyers are choosing new builds.

Here’s the current snapshot:

📍 Celina
A lot of the new development is happening here right now. Many master-planned communities and new builders coming in.
New homes generally start around $400K and go up from there depending on size and upgrades.

📍 Prosper
Known for beautiful communities, larger lots, and highly rated schools.
Most new construction homes are typically $600K to $1.5M+.

📍 Frisco
More established, but still seeing new luxury developments especially near the PGA area and The Fields.
New homes here usually start around $700K and can go well over $2M.

One thing I often explain to buyers: the biggest difference between these three cities is not the house itself, it’s the location and stage of growth.

Frisco is established
Prosper is upscale suburban
Celina is where a lot of the future growth is happening

If you’re thinking about buying a new construction home, builder incentives and inventory change all the time.

Feel free to reach out if you want to see what’s available right now or if you want to compare communities.

I’m excited to share that I have returned to Keller Williams North Country in Celina, a place I truly consider my home office.

Over the past three years, I had the opportunity to work with Monument Realty and Real Broker. It was a great experience to explore other brokerages and see how business is done in different environments. Those experiences helped me grow and gain valuable perspective.

That said, Keller Williams will always hold a special place in my heart. I’m grateful for the relationships, training, and support that helped shape my journey in real estate, and I’m happy to be back where it all began.

Looking forward to continuing to serve my clients and referral partners across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

People tell me this all the time.

That I might be hurting my business by sharing too much of my personal life. That not everyone needs to know I am Moroccan. Or Muslim. Or that faith is central in my home. That maybe I should post less about my culture. Less Arabic. Less about my marriage. Less about my handsome sons. Less of who I truly am.

I understand the logic behind the advice. It sounds strategic. But shrinking yourself is not strategy. It is fear disguised as professionalism.

I will always show up as 100 percent myself.

I am a Moroccan Muslim woman. A wife. A mother to my handsome sons. My faith grounds me. My culture shaped me. My family strengthens me. The discipline I bring to my spiritual life is the same discipline I bring to my business. The loyalty I value in my home is the same loyalty I offer my clients.

None of this weakens my brand. It defines it.

My social media reflects my real life. Faith. Family. Business. Wins. Losses. Growth. Gratitude. Hard work. Joy. It is not curated to appear neutral. It is honest.

I believe business is built on trust, professionalism, and mutual respect. My faith and culture shape who I am, but they never limit who I serve. I am here to serve people from all backgrounds with excellence and integrity.

I am blessed. I am proud. I am grounded.

Moroccan. Muslim. Realtor. Wife. Mother.

If you believe in building success without hiding who you are, show this post some love and stand for authenticity with me.

Atay Monday 🫖

Starting the week with atay and a moment to look at the market clearly.
2026 is opening with quiet strength across DFW, especially North Dallas. Buyers are present, thoughtful, and moving when the numbers make sense.

Preparation is being rewarded again.

What are you noticing about the market so far this year?

Atay is best when it is not rushed.
So are good decisions.
