I then decided to leave that industry and start my own business. I opened a retail store and grew it into a leading retail and manufacturing company. I retired and sold that business after 30 years and just before Covid. During t

hose 30 years I bought and sold several residential and commercial properties. I then sold my home and purchased a ranch. That process was a little crazy but eye opening. The market was crazy, but my house wasn’t selling. I went through two realtors in one year. On the 3rd Realtor she told me what I needed to do to sell the home. I followed her guidance and it sold in three days. When I bought the Ranch again, I dealt with an inexperienced Realtor on the selling side and caused me a bunch of headaches. At that point I decided to become a realtor. I wanted to make sure that my clients get the service they expect when dealing with their Real Estate needs, so I joined Elite Township Properties
