Talk about a transformation! Knox-born has a new location, still on McKinney but now in Uptown, and it is BEAUTIFUL! ✨

ABOUT
While we couldn’t find too much about the background of Ka Thai, it was opened by a Thai woman back in the summer of 2018 in Knox. It was a hidden gem, that we instantly fell in love with, ordering for takeout at least once a week. ✨

THE NEW SPACE
And now, Ka Thai has moved several blocks up McKinney Avenue, to Uptown! Find it next to Blue Sake Sushi at 3220 McKinney. If you knew the Knox Ka Thai location, you’ll be blown away! It’s a complete transformation, with a space about 3-4x the size, plus they went all out with the decor. ✨

Think boho Tulum vibes with hanging basket lights, lots of plants and flowers thanks to , plant murals and an airy light but upscale feel. It’s really well done! ✨

A recent NAR report shows that many current homeowners have student loan debt themselves. That means other people in a similar situation could qualify for and buy a home, even though they also had student loan debt. While it's true home prices and mortgage rates are rising, so are monthly rents. Rising rates and prices shouldn't be enough to keep you on the sideline, though. ✨

When you buy a home, your monthly mortgage payment serves as a form of savings. As you pay down your loan and as home values rise, you're building equity. Not to mention, you'll lock in your mortgage payment for the duration of your loan (typically 15 to 30 years) and give yourself a stable and reliable monthly payment. ✨
