June is National Homeownership Month, and we're celebrating those who have reached or are working towards this milestone!

Meet Edwin and Elizabeth, the newest homeowners through our program.

When a recent relocation had them looking for a home, they turned to rent-to-own as their solution.

This gave them time to replenish their savings, find a trusted local lender, “test drive” their dream home and get to know their neighbors by renting first.

In just 18 months, they saved up enough for the down payment, and just closed on their home. Congratulations, Edwin and Elizabeth!

We recognize the hard work, dedication, and perseverance it takes to achieve this milestone.
