What a day! I have been home shopping for a client from Austin while he is on business out of state. We just went to contract on a beautiful Highland home in Heartland. This house backs up to a green belt. I got the builder to reduce the price $10,000 bellow the already slashed price. His wife thinks I’m an angel, and that makes me happy. They where supposed to come to closing with $26,000 now they have to bring $0. Making it happen for my clients daily. 3 more clients this weekend hopefully 3 more contracts with satisfied clients! Tonight I worked in the visitor concession stand for homecoming. Needles to say I was selling the Turkey legs like they where going out of style. I realize as I get older how much passion I have for helping others. Today when I was in my realtor ethics class the instructor spoke about selling real estate to help people. I realized at that very moment I chose the right path for my life. I love people. I love seeing people smile. I love being that Ray of light in their life. I love helping people accomplish there goals. I'm so grateful for all of the support my family and friends give me. Never once has anyone told me I could not do this. Thank you all for being part of my life.❤🙏
