🏡🛠 What does the process look like when using a Realtor to purchase a new construction home? You will tell your realtor your budget, desired locations, needs, community amenities, and any other details that are important to you. From there your Realtor will research all communities that could fit your criteria.

It doesn't end there, when looking at communities you are faced with a plethora of options when it comes to builders, build times, inventory, and incentives. This can be overwhelming when faced with so many options.

When you use me as your Realtor, I provide you with a list of communities and compare each builder within that community and their incentives so you can have all the information you need to make a decision that works best for you.

Looking to buy new construction? Keep in mind build times can vary between 5 to 9 months. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to search and go under contract if you want to build and add your personal touches.
