Closing this one today. This home went through the transitioning market and required a special buyer that valued the shop as well as the house. We found that buyer and their lender pulled off one of the most difficult loans I have seen in a while. Bank Statement loan on Self Employed buyer with credit scores not contributing and double appraisal required. Big thanks to my clients for taking the ride with me and trusting me through the process.

This one had multiple offers on the second day on the market and closed today. Why? Priced right, great marketing & exposure. The buyers saw it in the marketing that wasn't part of the MLS and they contacted a great Realtor to go see it.
