TSAHC recently increased the income limits for both our Homes for Texas Heroes and Home Sweet Texas Home Loan Programs. This exciting change will allow more home buyers to qualify for our programs and enable TSAHC to better meet our mission to facilitate, preserve and expand housing opportunities for Texans.

I just submitted a rental application for one of my clients and his sweet family! 🏡

This will (hopefully!) be their last year as renters while we spend the next several months improving their credit and getting everything lined up to buy a home.

I love being part of the whole journey, not just the closing day. Sometimes the best path to homeownership starts with renting for one more year and having a solid game plan.

There’s nothing better than helping someone go from tenant to homeowner. I can’t wait to celebrate with this family when it’s time to hand them the keys to their own home!
