As a Loan Officer, I take pride in making sure my clients get the best loan out there possible. It is also my fiduciary duty to make sure they are getting the best loan. If that loan is not with me, I will be the first to say that going with another company is what is best for them.

All I need is the chance to show a client what I am able to do.

Example:
Last week I had a client show me an LE (Loan Estimate) from a Corporate Mortgage Company and they were completely overcharging him for closing costs. I not only got him the correct closing costs for this loan, I did advise him to report the company as they were violating the laws set in how much can be charged for closing.

At the end of the day, I just want my clients happy with or without me doing their loan. I also like to sleep well at night knowing I ALWAYS keep Clients best interests at heart, ALWAYS!!!
