National Dog Day 🤎🐾

Rocco & Maya my fur babies 🤎

Rocco is our 4-year-old Goldendoodle! We brought him home when he was just 10 weeks old, only one month after buying our first home and four months before our wedding. We weren’t even married yet and already had a child 😂🤎 He’s been through so many chapters of life with us.

Maya is our 1-year-old Standard Poodle. We welcomed her into our home this February after her previous family realized they couldn’t keep up with all of her energy. We opened our home and hearts to her, and it has truly been one of the best decisions, especially for Rocco. 🥹 They have each other now, and I love their little friendship so much.

Life is just better with these two. 🤎🐾

This was actually their second try at becoming homeowners. A few years ago, in a completely different market, with a completely different real estate agent, they tried purchasing an older home, but things didn’t work out.

Fast forward to today… and they closed on a brand-new home in their desired area, backing up to a beautiful pond! 😍🌿🏡

They knew exactly what they wanted, and I’m so happy I was able to find it for them! Sometimes the first home doesn’t work out because something even better is waiting down the road. ✨

It all started with a consultation, simply sitting down, going over their options, and explaining what the home buying process could look like for them. 🤍

Judith & Miguel started their journey at the beginning of the year and initially went under contract on an older home. They quickly realized it wasn’t the right route for them, so we took a step back and changed direction.

Fast forward to the summer, we started the search again and this time, we found THE ONE! 🏡🔑

I’m so thankful for the trust they placed in me throughout the process and for allowing me to be part of such an important milestone. It was truly a pleasure getting to know them and helping them find a home that felt right for them. 🥹🤍

They first started their home search in 2025, took a pause, and this year we picked up right where we left off. Today, they officially became homeowners! 🏡🔑

We found a brand new home only 25 minutes from Downtown Dallas with no neighbors behind or beside them, giving their children the privacy and space to play, grow, and make lifelong memories.

I’m so grateful they trusted me throughout this journey. Seeing them receive the keys to a home that truly fits their family’s needs made the wait completely worth it.
