Happy Friday to my Colorado Buyers!
We secured this deal early on the market with an extended close date of May so that everything lined up absolutely perfectly for their move.

I also helped them come up with their timeline and strategy to get their current Colorado home leased and ready for a Summer tenant.
This was by far one of the more strategic deals I’ve ever secured for my buyer clients and it put my skills to the test! I’m happy and so proud to say we did it! 🎉👏🏼🥂
